Operator and contact
The Oops Arena team operates the game. For privacy questions or data requests, contact nice2travell@gmail.com.
Information used by the game
When you create an account, we store your username, account ID and a scrypt-derived password hash with a unique salt. We do not store plaintext passwords. Session tokens are stored as hashes with expiry dates.
We store progress, cleared stages, points, cosmetics, invite codes and reward relationships, and account activity times. Winning attempt inputs are sent and processed to verify rewards.
Online play processes player movement and room state. Player names and results appear in rooms and rankings. The game has no free-text chat and does not access phone contacts.
Server logs may include IP addresses, request times, paths and browser information to operate the service, diagnose problems and prevent abuse.
Storage on your device
The browser and Android app use local storage for progress, settings, language and your login session. You can sign out or clear site data in browser settings. These features do not require website marketing trackers.
Optional advertising
The Android app uses Google AdMob for ads you choose to watch. The website does not display AdMob ads, and normal gameplay does not trigger ads. When you request an ad, Google may process device or advertising identifiers, IP address and approximate location derived from it, ad interactions and diagnostics, depending on consent and device settings.
We show Google-provided consent choices when required before requesting an ad. Ad privacy options are available in the wardrobe. We send an opaque account ID and random attempt token for server-side reward verification; we do not send your password to AdMob.
Purposes and sharing
We use information to run accounts, synchronization and multiplayer, verify results and points, provide support and manage events. Infrastructure and hosting providers process service data; Google processes advertising data when ads are used. We do not sell player account data.
Infrastructure and service providers may process information outside your country. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion or to raise an objection concerning your data.
Retention and deletion
Account information is retained while the account exists. Delete your account from Account → Manage my data or the account deletion page. Deletion removes your account, progress, points, cosmetics, sessions, associated ad reward records and identifiable results from active data. Aggregate round figures may remain without linkage to the deleted account.
Login sessions expire after 30 days. Content administration logs are kept for up to 90 days, and the deleted account’s name is removed. Information may remain in security logs or backups until rotation or expiry; it is not used to restore an account deleted at your request. Information processed by Google is subject to its policies and privacy controls.
Children and updates
The game is not directed at children under 13. Follow the minimum age for digital consent in your country. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
This policy may change as the service evolves. We publish the current policy and revision date on this page.
